In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with kab111 and to use any of the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. kab111 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where this requirement cannot be satisfied.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether access to and use of the kab111 Platform and Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. kab111 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular location. Residents and nationals of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
2.3 One Account Per User. Each User may hold only one registered kab111 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be suspended without notice. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.
2.4 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the kab111 registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and CNIC number where required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
2.5 Verification. kab111 may at any time require identity verification documents including CNIC, proof of address or proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds or account closure.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kab111 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your kab111 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. kab111 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 You must notify kab111 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. kab111 may temporarily suspend an account upon receiving such notification pending investigation.
3.4 Account sharing is strictly prohibited. kab111 accounts are for the personal use of the registered account holder only.
4.1 kab111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in PKR via supported Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Supported payment methods are subject to change and current options are displayed in your kab111 account panel.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the kab111 payment page. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to verified accounts are ordinarily processed within 24 hours of submission. Withdrawal times may be extended where additional verification is required or where fraud checks are in progress.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your kab111 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal or unlawful activity. kab111 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in connection with any deposit or withdrawal.
4.5 Funds in your kab111 account do not accrue interest. kab111 is not a financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a bank deposit.
5.1 All bets placed on the kab111 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game, as published on the Platform at the time of wagering.
5.2 kab111 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that the bet was placed on the basis of erroneous odds, a technical error or in circumstances constituting fraud, match-fixing or manipulation of any kind.
5.3 In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. kab111 is not liable for any inability to place or settle a bet resulting from a market suspension or technical issue.
5.4 Casino games and slot games are provided by certified third-party providers. All game outcomes are governed by certified random number generators (RNG) or live physical dealing procedures as applicable. kab111 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.5 Bets are final once accepted. kab111 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly provided in the applicable game or market rules.
6.1 kab111 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins or other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games and minimum odds restrictions, which are communicated at the time of the offer.
6.2 kab111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and for any reason, provided that where a User has already opted in to a bonus, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in shall govern.
6.3 Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times, is prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post or transmit any content from the kab111 Platform without prior written permission.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kab111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of opportunity.
9.2 kab111 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit kab111's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.1 kab111 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. You must be 18 or over to use the Platform. kab111 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
10.2 kab111 provides the following responsible gaming tools within every user account dashboard: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are available at all times and most limit reductions take effect immediately.
10.3 If you wish to permanently self-exclude from kab111, contact the support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and result in the closure of your account for a minimum period as specified at the time of the request.

11.1 kab111 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where kab111 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent conduct, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
11.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the termination relates to fraud, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to User misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.
11.3 Users may request account closure at any time by contacting kab111 support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to any outstanding transactions or verification requirements.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which kab111 operates. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all Applicable Laws in their jurisdiction.
12.2 In the event of a dispute between you and kab111, you agree to first contact the kab111 support team to seek resolution. kab111 aims to resolve all disputes within a reasonable period. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory body as appropriate.

Where material changes are made, kab111 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to the address registered on your kab111 account or via a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
